This web site is best viewed with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768. Any other resolution will cause the page
                                             to look weird and not line up properly. To change resolution right click on a blank space on your desktop.
                                             If you are using Windows 7 select personalize, display, adjust resolution. In the drop down box select
                                            1024 x 768 then press ok. Older versions of Windows take a similar path to changing resolution, and all
                                            start by right clicking on a blank space on your desktop.
