During our travels in Ireland and England inevitably we compared the places we had been, the hotels we had stayed in, the restaurants we had eaten at, and the activities we had done. From this discussion evolved a set of favourites. We thought it might be useful for a future traveler to these areas to hear about these, so for what they are worth, here they are:
